SELECT League 2026/2027 FAQs

  1. Is SELECT League the right choice for my player?

    • SELECT is geared toward players in 7th grade - 10th grade beginner-intermediate level players who may want to play club league in the future.

    • SELECT League is designed to fill the gap between recreational league and club volleyball. Players learn about different positions, roles on the court, rotations, and more in weekly newsletters. They learn to apply these skills and improve their fundamental volleyball movements in practice each week.

  2. What is the commitment for SELECT?

    • SELECT League teams will have:

    • 1 practice per week

    • 1 playdate per month

    • An end-of-season tournament in May

  3. How long is the SELECT League season?

    • SELECT League's 1st practice is in December and the End of Season playdate is in May. This league does not conflict with the middle school / high school volleyball season.

  4. When are Select League evaluations? Do I need to come to both?

    • SELECT League evaluations will be held on:

    • August 30 | 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM

    • October 25 | 1:00 PM – 2:30 PM

    • Players only need to attend ONE evaluation date.

  5. What locations does SELECT League offer?

    • SELECT League currently offers three locations!

    • SELECT Cobb will have practices held at McCleskey Middle School in Marietta, GA. Select Cobb is tentatively scheduled to practice on Mondays.

    • SELECT Lakepoint will have practices held at Rally at Lakepoint Sports Complex in Emerson, GA. Select Lakepoint is tentatively scheduled to practice on Thursdays with some exceptions based on Lakepoint's reservation availability.

    • SELECT South will have practices held at our Tsunami South Gym in Jonesboro, GA. 

    • All locations will have monthly, tournament-style playdates on Saturdays at Tsunami Cobb's home gym in Kennesaw, GA or Jonesboro, GA. 

  6. How much does SELECT League Cost?

    • Select League fees for the 2026/2027 season are $600. Fees cover the entirety of the season, including your athlete's jersey, spandex, and practice t-shirt.

  7. How does SELECT's payment plan work?

    • SELECT offers a payment plan made up of the initial deposit and first month payment due in November. The remainder of the season fees is split evenly until March. Balances should be paid in full by March 15th.
